About Marlene

With a unique corporate Real Estate career, that originated back in 2014, I provide a rare insight and advantage for all of my clients. I understand the Real Estate transaction better than most agents and use my extensive knowledge to simplify the experience and give my sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants the upper hand. While some agents specialize only in buyers or sellers, my past clients have included; sellers, first time buyers, new construction, veterans, investors, land and leases. 

Honesty, communication, customer service and organization have always been the framework of my career. These characteristics stem from experience in management, marketing and computer software. During my corporate Real Estate career, I hosted in-depth agent and administrator trainings that demonstrated how to use Real Estate systems and resources. At the time, I was also responsible for overseeing all office coordinators in the BHGRE Gary Greene offices across Houston and the surrounding areas.
