PERSONAL. I thoroughly enjoy working with and representing my clients, whether in buying or selling. My purpose is to expeditiously fulfill the wishes of my client negotiating the price and terms that both satisfy my client's needs and will not drive the other party away. Once the contract is executed, I then will monitor the transaction to be sure it moves through the various stages to a timely and pleasant closing. I will work diligently to eliminate problems before they occur. Almost all of my business comes from referrals and my goal is to satisfy my clients so well that they will refer all of their friends and family to me for years to come.

SPECIALIZATION specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences within the cities of Houston, Spring, Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands, Klein, Tomball, Conroe, Aldine and Humble. I try to keep current of all transactions in these areas and I`m also very knowledgeable with the local schools. I also continue to help my clients sell utilizing short sales and with the purchase of foreclosures.

BACKGROUND: I am a native Houstonian. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, scouts and church. In fact, I am still very active in church activities. After high school, I attended Texas A&M University where I majored in Construction. I have spent the last 50 years in and around the real estate industry including land development and construction of single-family homes, apartments up to $23 million, shopping centers up to 150,000 sf, small office buildings and specialty buildings up to 25,000 sf.
