About Marianelly

Born in Venezuela and a proud Houstonian for over 21 years, Marianelly Noble brings a distinctive global and local perspective to real estate. With a background in Economics, she is known as a strategic negotiator who approaches every transaction with precision, clear communication, and care and understanding that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most important financial decisions.

Before transitioning into real estate, she was the editor and owner of a bilingual magazine, managing a large client portfolio and handling daily negotiations. This experience strengthened her expertise in client service, branding, and attention to detail, skills that now translate seamlessly into delivering exceptional real estate results.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, she serves a diverse, international clientele. She is a member of the HAR Global Advisory Group, an Advisory Board member of the Latin Women’s Initiative, and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), with experience representing the U.S. market at major global real estate conferences.

Outside of real estate, she leads an active, wellness focused lifestyle as a certified yoga instructor, long distance runner, MS 150 cyclist, tennis team captain, and proud mother of two.
